Yes the stone can swish around and scratch you up get in the way which causes the pain. Speaking from human experience anway... I hope Sierra is ok! Could it be discolored pee? I know when mine eat certain berries their pee is funny colors.

It's your call. I think I would, since this has been a recurring thing with her. But you could just monitor and re-schedule if/when she starts bleeding again. She still doesn't have any other symptoms, right? Maintaining her weight?

It sounds like just monitoring for now would be okay. Just watch for any changes in urination, drinking less water/more water than usual, more bleeding (obviously), crying, hunching when defecating, weight loss.
Sending you both a big {{HUG}}.

Ok, we rescheduled for Monday. I want to get to the bottom of this but today is my daughter's b'day and I have to bring a big cake to school and pick up a friend to spend the night and so on and so on...
I spoke to the vet directly and he said an xray is a good idea but he still thinks it is uterine in nature. But, he said he has been wrong so we will look for a stone. If no stone we will talk again about a spay.

Silly piggy!
I will let you know what the xray shows when I get home!

Ok, we are back. She does not have a stone or any sludge. So it COULD be that she bleeds when she pees out the calcium deposits because they irritate her. (She seems to bleed after I notice more spots on the fleece). Or it COULD be that she has uterine tumors and the blood gets forced out with the urine. (Which the vet thinks). So, we can wait for now he says and if it continues he will do a spay.
Sierra is quite pissed off that I put her thorugh this for no real good reason in her opinion. Her pee is still clear of blood and infection.
What do you all think? IC or uterine tumors? She has blood every 2-4 months for a day, then it is gone.
ETA: BTW, I am happy about no stones!!!
