Red letter day for Mr Bubbles today. Got a chance to catch a few rays, breathe in some fresh air and eat some of the nice and tender early grass for the first time in months. It was just warm enough for him to spend nearly 10 minutes out there. Once he started poofing up, it was time to go back inside. He's always so much happier when he gets to graze outside.

He did. It's by far his favorite thing to do. It makes me feel really good to see him so happy. Every minute spent with my boys is precious. I've learned to make the most of our time together and cherish each one after losing two of them.

I was going through the photos on my cloud looking for an old photo and I found this one of Mr Bubbles sitting on his house. He did that when he was a yearling, before he got too fat to get up there. He's long since slimmed down to a healthy weight and he's fully capable of getting up there, but he never does for some reason. Seeing this picture reminded me that he was the one who taught Scruffy that.

Mr Bubbles is having a hard time without Oreo to visit with. There is enough room to put Gilligan and Skipper next to him where Oreo was so I made the move. So far it's doing him good. He went over to touch noses with Gilligan once he realized they were next to him. He's the last of my lone piggies and he's also the oldest. He'll be 5 in August. I'll be watching him very closely. So far he's strong and healthy and I'll do whatever I can to keep him that way.

Im giving him lots of extra love and attention. Gave him some wheat grass too. He likes that and he likes being next to Gilligan and Skipper too.
