Wow, that thing was massive. It looks like it was very nicely encapsulated, though. Did the vet say what type of lump it is, besides benign? Or what might have caused it? Ouch, that couldn't have been comfortable to walk around with, poor sweet Isabella. So glad that thing is OUT of her!  |

The vet thinks it was a parasite that caused the initial growth to occur, based on the slide results. He said that the tumor had a nice blood supply which is why it grew so large so fast. It went from the size of a pea to that size in just over a month. I am SO glad it is off her.

Wow, that thing is huge! Especially after seeing that, you've got to be amazed it grew in poor Isabella. So glad she is free of it now!
