Cocoa is Elvis and SmartyPants' sister. She's a good girl. It took a while for her to come out of her shell. She's wildly independent while being quietly needy. She lived with Percy until he passed away. She adored him and they made a great team. After he passed, we adopted Dexter to live with her.
Dexter lets her run the roost. He loves her and watches over her. Cocoa is not very affectionate with other pigs. Dexter waits until she falls asleep and slinks over to her and lays down. On her bad days, he doesn't like for me to touch her. She's in bi-lateral renal failure, so I often have to take her out for sub-cues, etc.
I hope she'll be with us for a while longer. Every day with her is a gift. Mike bonded with her post-op (spay) and he loves spending time with her. She's happy to come out and watch movies with us while having her little feets rubbed.
